About the Conference
Organized by the Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources Management at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology (TH Nürnberg), the Nuremberg Hydraulic Engineering Symposium brings together professionals from research, design, operations and public administration.
The 2026 program ranges from modern port construction and the modeling and design of hydropower plants to the rehabilitation of dams, with speakers from ETH Zurich, Graz University of Technology, the Hamburg Port Authority and Stadtwerke München, among others. In addition to the presentations and the technical exhibition, attendees can tour the new hydraulic engineering laboratory..
